I'm glad you're here.

Coelevation is an ongoing, resonant process between individuals: “I rise because you rise.”

As a person with dwarfism, I have experienced the mental, emotional, and physical challenges of living in a world not made for someone different. Things shifted when others were there for me unconditionally – believing in me when I didn't believe in myself. This had a profound ripple effect: being accepted as I was, I could heal and grow – toward my ideal self and towards others. As a therapist for couples and individuals alike, I offer a space for you to be as you are, to share the experience of connection and undo the aloneness that we can feel when we’re disconnected from ourselves and from those we care about.

I treat the whole person – your mind (thoughts, feelings), your body (brain, central nervous system), and your spirit (that which makes you feel most alive). Together – as we work through what's holding you back – we will celebrate your strengths, your determination, and the successes you have along the way as you journey towards authenticity and genuine relationship within yourself and with others.

Relationship Counselling

EFTeamwork makes the dream work.

Are you finding it difficult to connect with your partner or loved ones? Has the playfulness turned bitter; the spark harder to ignite? It might be that a negative cycle has taken over your relationship – leaving you feeling frustrated and alone. For two or more individuals – romantic partners, family, or friends – who want to shift how they relate to one another, Emotion-Focused Therapy can help you and the ones you care about break free of cycles of conflict and back to enjoying each other and enjoying life. Together.

Individual Counselling

You deserve the life you want.

Living can hurt, you know it can get hard sometimes, and our lives inevitably leave their mark on each and every one of us. When you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, undeserving of the life you want, you don’t have to go it alone. Together we can find ways to help you break free of what holds you back so that you can live a life of joy, connection, and meaning – a life where you feel more like who you are meant to be.

Ripple Effect
The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
